What we collect & why
We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form — your name, work email, company and message. We use it solely to respond to you and, where relevant, to provide the services you ask about. The lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying. We never sell your data, and the only sharing is the advertising measurement described under “Cookies & tracking” below.
Cookies & tracking
We use no cookies until you agree. On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept cookies that measure our advertising. Nothing is stored or sent unless you click Accept; if you decline, no such cookies are set.
If you accept, we use the Google Ads tag to measure how well our advertising works — for example, whether a visit that began from a Google ad led to a contact request. If you then submit the contact form, we also send Google a securely hashed, irreversible version of your email address — never the address itself — so it can match the lead to your ad click; Google calls this enhanced conversions. This sets Google's cookies and shares that measurement with Google, which may process it outside the EU under standard data-protection safeguards. We never sell your data. You can change your mind any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, which brings the consent banner back.
Where your data lives
Personal data is hosted in certified data centers within the EU (Germany and Finland). Customer master data is not transferred to third countries.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected — typically up to 24 months after our last contact — and we delete it sooner whenever you ask. To have your data removed, email Santeri Lindfors at contact@iloa.ai and we'll take care of it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, contact Santeri Lindfors at contact@iloa.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
