Where your data lives
Personal data is hosted in certified data centers within the EU (Germany and Finland). Customer master data is not transferred to third countries.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected — typically up to 24 months after our last contact — and we delete it sooner whenever you ask. To have your data removed, email Santeri Lindfors at hello@iloa.ai and we'll take care of it.
Your rights
