Where is our data hosted?
On GPU servers in certified (ISO/IEC 27001) data centers in Germany and Finland — entirely within the EU. Your data stays under European jurisdiction and is never transferred to third countries.
Do you use our data to train AI models?
No. Your prompts, documents and data are used only to deliver the results you ask for — never to train, fine-tune or improve any model, ours, shared or third-party, and never pooled into a model other customers can reach.
Who owns our data, and can anyone else access it?
You own it — your inputs and the outputs our AI produces stay yours. Everything runs in a closed environment that's never exposed to the outside world, logically isolated from every other customer even on shared GPUs, never sold, and never shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. Privacy and data protection are built into every layer, documented and audit-ready from day one.
